If a tree is too big, too high, or too close to a building for safe garden work, we say so. We would rather send you to a tree surgeon than pretend.
Arisings are chipped or loaded and taken. You do not get a pile of branches on the drive.

- Do you charge for a quote?
- No. Send a few phone photos and the postcode and we will give you a rough estimate. If we need to see the garden, we come and look, then send a firm quote within 24 hours. You can say no.
- Can you quote from photos?
- Yes, enough for a rough estimate. A couple of pictures from your phone and the postcode is usually enough to get you a price. A firm quote comes within 24 hours after we have seen the garden, if the job needs a visit.
- Are you insured?
- Yes. We carry public liability insurance. If you need the certificate for a landlord, managing agent or workplace, we will send it with the quote.
